Has anyone purchase from The Outnet? Was it ok? Has anyone had to return something to them? Thanks

I've bought from there but found the returns process so faffy that I gave up and sold the item on! So I wouldn't buy anything really expensive on there tbh.

However, I do have a low tolerance for faff, so maybe it's just me

I shop on The Outnet quite a bit and have never found returns a faff. It can take a couple of weeks to have the money repaid but very straightforward in my experience.

I use it all the time, returns are ok but can be a little slow to receive the money - 2/3 weeks.

Returns aren’t a problem - I use the OUTNET from time to time. It’s part of the Net. A Porter group
