How long is the shipping time?Every order here will be promised with safe and door to door service. It will get to your house in about 5 days after dispatching. Please understand that the estimate arrival date can not be as reliable as you expect when there is holiday, unexpected horrible weather or other things may affect the delivery service.

Read their FAQs about delivery.
What do you think?

mynameiscalypso · 30/04/2023 23:00

It has a Hong Kong address and phone number. No way would I order from them.

Thank you, will stay well away!

Actually we ordered DDs prom dress from Stacees, it's beautiful and fits perfectly because we gave exact measurements, which means you can't return it if not happy.

It was approx 3 weeks from order to delivery

She was recommended it by word of mouth

I was a bit worried at first but relieved and delighted that it was as lovely as it is.

bendmeoverbackwards · 30/04/2023 23:52

Hmmm I’m not sure I’d want to order a dress I couldn’t return. Even if it fits, dd might not like it.

I think I just reached that point of not caring any more having ordered and returned a few dresses already.

DD was very specific about wanting a certain type of dress.

DD recommended Stacees she chose the dress and colour then I just went ahead and ordered it

I was really worried at first as straight after ordering I read horror stories of other sites thinking oh god what have I done.

But it turned out more than alright in the end.

Initially I ordered a standard size as it says they do returns then I thought it'll be such a pfaff to return plus they might not really accept it anyway after reading the subsequent horror stories of elsewhere

So I emailed them her actual measurements which were slightly different to the standard size which is what they made her dress from.

I would avoid any netting and just go for a satin type material and streamlined design nothing with a big princess skirt if ordering from here or similar online places for those wanting to try it just to stay on the safe side.

HappiDaze · 01/05/2023 00:33

The dress had a corset and built in bra which fit her perfectly for those wanting to try the site

nofusspot · 01/05/2023 06:26

I really wouldn't risk it.

katharinesim · 30/07/2023 15:32

I'd avoid Stacees unless you're willing to risk your money. They are based in Hong Kong so do not honour UK mail order protection law. There is no cooling off period. You cannot return items (unless. possibly, if they're faulty). They will not refund you if you don't like the dress or if it doesn't fit. They will offer to send you a new one at a very reduced price! Or if you really don't like the dress, you can haggle and they will send you a partial/paltry refund. So if you can resell the dress yourself there's a chance you might get some of your money back, but at a lot of extra hassle.

Hi - my dd ordered her prom dress from here and it was really nice. I was worried about it because I hadn't heard of them plus the delivery was quite slow but friends of hers also got their dresses from this website and they were all fine.
