Nice T-shirts

I know this is really boring but does anyone have any good recommendations for T-shirts. I’ve just donated loads because they just don’t look right (too tight, wrong neckline, clingy, sweaty fabric etc) so I’d like to buy some that actually look good.
Ideally I’d like:

  • Natural fibres
  • Machine washable and not too delicate (I have toddlers).
  • Flattering shape (I’m a size 8-10, 32D and 5’7).
  • Scoop or V neck (but not too low)
  • Light, moveable fabric (I live in a hot country and find the M&S ones too thick).
  • Not see through
  • Less than £40 each (ideally a lot less, but I’m willing to pay more fore someone good quality that actually looks nice).

I hate the tops of my arms so slightly longer/floatier sleeves are appreciated (tank tops/strap tops look terrible on me).

I’m not too fussy about colours (I mostly wear beige, khaki or navy linen trousers/shorts so most colours could work).

Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you!

I love Arket T shirts, they wash really well and the fabric is lovely. I always get asked where my t shirts are from whenever I wear them

The next ones are really good

I got some scoop neck t shirts from Rapanui. Nice quality cotton, reasonable price, lightweight but not flimsy. They’re perhaps not as fitted as I would prefer, but lovely to wear. I’m 5’9”, a 10-12 and 30E, I wear a 10.

Arket or Cos

All Saints boyfriend T shorts. I struck out last week and found a white one for less than £20 in TK Maxx.

I always recommend Rapanui t-shirts but they are a tad thicker/more structured. American Eagle 'soft & sexy' t-shirts are super soft and flowy.

Arket or Cos.
Superior quality to almost everywhere. The M&S autograph ones at £39 are amazing though as well.

Thank you all so much. I’ve ordered a couple of the Rapanui ones and one from both All Saints and Arket. There’s a Cos and Next near me so I’m going to try some on at the weekend.
I’d totally forgotten that M&S had an Autograph range too so I might try them too.
Unfortunately the American Eagle ones were in my clear out, they’re not pure cotton/linen so get a bit hot and they’re so stretchy that my son tends to pull them down when I pick him up! They do look lovely on though.
