What's cheaper / only in the US?

What beauty products or clothing brands are still significantly cheaper in the US? I know there's some but I can't bloody think of them!

With the low pound, everything in the US feels quite expensive now. The days of $2 to the £ are long gone I'm afraid. American tourists coming here must be having a ball! I'm going to the states in a few weeks, so I'd be interested to hear if other posters know of any bargains that still exist.

I'm sure I've seen some items recently where the dollar to pound ratio still made it very worthwhile buying in us if that's an option - but I can't remember what!

Trader Joe's clear sunscreen is a copy of the much more expensive Goop and is really good. They were limiting the amount you could purchase as people were buying in bulk and reselling on EBay.

Last year when we went to Florida I was quite disappointed with the lack of bargains. Levi’s were still cheap although we found better deals at the department stores than the Levi’s Outlet. Skechers and Converse weren’t as good as they have been in the past.
I like ELF make up and they have a much larger range than we have in the UK. It’s pretty cheap in Target and Walmart.
I also like Sephora as they often have free gifts with purchases. On my one visit to the store I got a headband, dry shampoo, moisturiser and mascara for free. It’s best to ask one of the ‘greeters’ what offers they have on as there were no signs out.

Depends where exactly you’re going. Some states do not have sales tax on clothes. I like Cover Girl cosmetics which we don’t have here. OPI is cheaper if you like nail polish.

Last time we went my sons the girlfriend requested lots of stuff from Sephora - their hair dryer in particular. Not cheap at all but I guess cheaper than here?
