Any good flared jeans?

I have a couple of pairs of flared jeans already but they are more fitted on the thigh/bum than I would like them to be. I am solid of limb but I think they are cut to be that way. I'd like some that are more or a relaxed fit at the top, high waist, or at least not low rise and not short, I need 32" inside leg. I am a size 14, usually 32/32 jeans. Anyone seen any/got any ideas?

I think Primark have some.

I really like the ones Harriet Dyer wears in Colin from Accounts.

They are fitted on her bum but looser on her legs than mine are.

I've been to Primark and tried on about 12 pairs of jeans before and found it a thoroughly depressing and futile experience, the sizing is so odd.

Loads of places only offer 28" to 30" inside leg too. Does my head in when they only offer one length for women's trousers.

I found some on Boden, they look like the best ones, like a flare that comes gradually out from the top rather than tight at the top then flaring out from the knee. Not sure that the colour/wash of the jeans was entirely what I wanted but have ordered both Indigo and Mid Vintage in 32/32 and will see what they look like on. Bit more than I would like to pay but there is a 20% off offer at the moment at least.

I’ve been looking for the same. Tried so many ‘flare’ jeans that are actually just bootcut instead.

Had a perfect pair from Zara a few years back but too tight for me now so DD has taken them! I did find a similar pair again in Zara that aren’t too tight in the thigh:

M&S Eva jeans, although I'm not sure they'd be flared enough.

I’m the same size as you op and I have 2 beautiful pairs. One indigo pair from next and one mid blue from wrap London. Both fit great round my bum/thigh and flare nicely
