What to wear to a outdoor festival on Saturday?

I'm going to a outdoor festival on Saturday
Getting there for 5pm and it's on till 11pm
It's forecast rain showers
But after we are going to the city centre Pubs

What do I wear ?
I want to look nice enough to go out after but warm enough to stand outside for 6 hours in potential rain

I was thinking leather blazer with jeans and no idea on shoes
Or leather leggings with black boots and no clue what on top to wear

Leather and denim will be very soggy after (potentially) several hours in the rain.
Waterproof coat, something with tights or lighter leggings that'll dry off easily

I'd go for something that will dry fast, like a dress and leggings/tights, with boots or trainers. Then a waterproof coat you can take off when you go out.

Dress for the pubs if its cold and rainy as you'll want to be in a waterproof coat, so it won't matter what's underneath that for the festival part.
Leather look leggings are a good call for rain as they wipe dry. (Not sure how real leather holds up when wet though) So, Leather leggings and boots and whatever top you'd normally wear with them to the pub.
