Has anyone bought from Seafancy? They seem to be coming up in google searches constantly and I don’t think I’ve noticed them before.

Was the quality, fit, and service like?

@Coffeefortwo I ordered recently from them via someone pasting the link on S&B. Ordered 2 bikinis, 1 tankini and a swimsuit for myself and daughter and they are all great and fit well. they did take a while to arrive - 2 or even 3 weeks I think. Would order from them again.

Were they true to size? I'm on the verge of ordering but want to ensure I'm getting the size right!

I love mine. Sizing was perfect, took their time to arrive but no issues at all.

I ordered two swimdresses for my daughter that said the 'pants' were attached. They weren't when they came so I attempted to send them back.
They don't have a returns service. They'd taken two weeks to get to me, and they wanted them back within a week. I told them that was impossible, so they offered me 50% of my money back, and I could keep the costumes.
I said no, so they offered me 85% of my money back. I had given up by them, and didn't think for a minute I'd get my money back.
After another email from me, I did get the money. So I now have two size 16 swimdresses for sale if any one's interested!

Sounds like a rip off of the expensive and fabulous range called seafolly.

They're definitely based abroad, but have a British web address. What company doesn't have a returns policy?

They have terrible reviews on Trustpilot.

That's always put me off.

I have bought from them. The swimsuits are nice but too big so I want to send them back but I am having trouble getting a refund address as they don't reply to my emails. If they fitted I would keep them as they really are nice but sadly at the moment I can't recommend them.

One based in China with no U.K. address, making it impossible to enforce any claim against them.

There’s a lot of these (with increasingly more sophisticated websites). Sometimes the stuff is fine. Sometimes it really isn’t. Either way, once it’s delivered it’s yours, regardless of quality or fit.
