Breast surgery and weight

I’m very keen to get a breast reduction (partly because they’re large and make me hunch and party because they’re lop sided) but have a few concerns.
Firstly I am overweight (bmi 32) and secondly I am on medication for high blood pressure. Age 50. Other than that am in reasonable health for my age.
Would these factors stop me getting surgery? Has anyone else had similar types of non-essential surgery with these issues? Yes I’m aware I could lose weight first but I’ve been trying every day for 30 years so I’d rather not receive any judgement about that. Thank you

As far as I know you have to loose as much excess weight as you can first before a reduction but stand to be corrected. BP meds don't stop you having surgery.
