Foundation concealer and skincare needed

I currently use Upcircle skincare which is okay but I potentially need something a tad more moisturising. Also perhaps a bit more anti aging. My main concerns are anti aging, dark circles and keeping elasticity. I'm 38. Fair skin, freckles.

I also need to start using foundation. Something with medium to light coverage, good quality and going to let some of my freckles shine through whilst evening out the slight redness that has appeared. I don't want to pay a fortune. What mid range brands are good? I'll go into a department store for colour matching I think. I currently use a "Pure" tinted moisturiser type thing from Rimmel that is useless on me.

I have awful dark circles and the best concealer for me was from Primark specifically for this. They've recently rebranded it so I hope it's just as good as the old one. Seems to be a dupe of a Rimmel one with a sponge applicator

I've started using Primark's tinted moisturiser instead of foundation as I've found it gives a lighter, but just as smooth, coverage and has really helped to keep my skin moisturised. £5 a tube and lasts for ages. SPF 30 too and contains niacinamide which is anti-inflammatory and hyaluronic acid which reduces wrinkles and scarring. I love it!

These sounds great thank you. Happy not to have to spend too much!
