Nails/fingers

My cuticles and fingers around my nails look a bit messy and raggedy but I don't know how to fix this! I use cuticle clippers. I'm a bit of a biter so that doesn't help. How do you keep the bits around your nails nice? I'm not even sure what to call them! This isn't an area of beauty I've ever paid any attention to before so I'm not up on nail stuff. Tia!

Cuticle oil and hand cream regularly will keep cuticles soft. I never cut them, just keep them moisturised and if needed gently push them back occasionally.

This is quite short but helpful. You should never cut the skin. She also has other vidoes showing similar things.
