Beauty guru help? Need makeup? Clueless

I want to buy some makeup, natural look to brighten me up.

I'm after blusher for a bit of colour and lipstick, or gloss?

Very sensitive skin and prone to psoriasis.

So was wondering on crème or tint for cheek.

What brand, item? I know nothing of brands or anything to do with makeup, so hoping If you could tell me one that sounds good I can just order it online :) thank you

I use this liquid blush, it's very sheer and gives just a nice subtle colour. Wear it almost every day and the tube lasts me 5-6 months.
