Have been wearing sketchers, now worn with slippery sole, looking for any advice ,greatly appreciated. Normally wear size 7 but definitely need 7.5 or 8 in trainers-wide fit to give me toe movement and avoid swelling. Honestly looking for the most comfort lightweight ,with good support to foot arch as at moment experiencing slight pain/ aches in feet ,lower leg sometimes when standing too long and varicose vein.
There are lots of good brands out there but really confused and would value your advice. Can you help ! Thank you.

Have you tried Fitflop Rally trainers?

Whataretheodds · 19/04/2023 20:47

As well as Skechers try Ecco and Hotter

Dropchain · 19/04/2023 21:06

Oh the link doesn't work sorry. You can filter by wide fit on Gabor site.

Superga - I am
old and crocked yet can walk well in these

ZenNudist · 19/04/2023 21:39

New balance OK for wide feet.

Fibonacci13 · 19/04/2023 21:45

I can't see any navy Superga. I have new balance but I also couldn't see any navy.

I have been looking for these for ages too and can't find any that work. The fitflop ones didn't work for my feet.

I've just bough New Balance 860s in navy. They are for pronators though, so wouldn't be any good if you're not!

Utterlypeanuterly · 20/04/2023 10:48

I have wide feet and need arch support. I wouldn't recommend Superga. They fit my wide feet but I didn't find them very comfortable.
I don't have a particular shoe to recommend but have you looked at Vionic? I have comfortable boots from there.

I have the Vionic trainers attached & find them brilliant for my dodgy feet & plantar fasciitis. They have arch support & a slight rocker sole & are brilliantly supportive for long walks.
