Anyone else having issues with Look Fantastic?

They used to be so good and my order is now 3 weeks late!

Second time this has happened so won't be ordering again.

Anyone else or am I just unlucky?

They are fine until something goes wrong. Their customer service has been terrible for years. Cult Beauty is the same since the Hut Group bought it out.

I'm overseas, and LF sent my parcel to South Korea. I live about 4,000 miles away. They acknowledged they made a mistake but asked me to call customs in SK to resolve. I did a charge back and eventually got refunded.

They are owned by the same company who owns Sephora UK who I had a terrible experience with. Ordered a perfume and the box arrived empty (stolen at the warehouse), so they sent another package out which was then lost. All of this took about 3.5 weeks and a lot of chasing on my part. Their response? A £5 goodwill voucher. 😐

They are awful, as has been said customer service is very much lacking. I won’t use them since a bad experience in December, no second chances, there are plenty of alternative suppliers out there.

They are fine until something goes wrong then they deliberately try to make it a difficult as possible. I had an allergic reaction to an expensive eye cream I bought from them, they made send them photos of it, multiple emails, with an end result of telling me to go to the manufacturer to ask for a refund! I would only ever buy from them on credit card and do a charge back the second I had a problem.

My order came through ok a couple of weeks ago, but the app is buggy as hell. Took me ages to get it to place my order. I also resented getting daily emails from them implying that there was 20% off and then in the small print finding out it was a few items only. Doubt I'll order from them again in a hurry just due to those points.

I've boycotted them for the last 2 years, since it took me 2 months and a lot of effort to get a refund for a palette that arrived smashed.

I've never had a problem. I ordered a lipgloss that broke off as soon as I opened it, opened a chat on the app and a new one was ordered and posted out within minutes.

I also use TopCashBack and Honey and have never paid full price for an order.

I haven't got the app, I just replied to the email they sent saying my order would be late. I'll try again tomorrow.

They are terrible. I boycott them now since customer service lied to me about problems I was having with an order. I could accept delays but not being blatantly lied to. I complained but never got a response. So I won't use them again.

I contacted them AGAIN and demanded a refund.

They replied almost immediately 🙄

They said due to the length of time they would consider it lost in the post. Funny that considering the day after I ordered they emailed saying there was a delay and have me a five quid voucher. So basically they are taking orders for items they don't have in stock.

Ah well, won't be using them again.
