Inserts for bra...teen DD has uneven boobs

DD is 17 and has uneven breasts. It is not hugely noticeable...unless you are looking and she sometimes feels self conscious about it. It also makes her bra a bit wrinkly/empty on the smaller side.

She has asked if we can get her some padding for her smaller breast/bra.

She is 32E/F on the bigger one and probably a 32D on the smaller one.

Does anyone have any recommendations of what to get her to "fill" the bra on her smaller side please? I have googled - but the solutions range from full breast/post mastectomy solutions, to small bits of memory foam to replace lost pads from padded bras (this may work....but would like to ideas from other who may have had this issue).

Thank you!

My daughter has the same. Same age. Have never asked anyone medical about it. Have you? Sorry no recommendations on inserts.

Would a chicken fillet thing be too big?

What about the bras that already have some padding, but have a pocket and you can remove the padded bit. Remove it from the large breast and put the padding into the smaller side, along with the padding that is already there?

Mastectomy bras have removable padding and nowadays you can get pretty ones.
