Help! Evening party this weekend!

I don't know what I can wear! I'm looking for a nice short dress with opaques or if it's midi then bare legs. I'm only 5'2 though do not sure if midi is good for me. I just cant find anything flattering to my chest and tum. Everything is clingy or such thin fabric it clings to the wrong bits!

Either that or a really nice top for jeans. I don't want to spend a lot.
If I don't find something I'll just end up in black jeans and black tee. Again.

I know that nice black jeans are more versatile than a new dress, I just wanted something different. I seem to live in black jeans

Something I can wear bare legged but just covers my knees would be ok, or something with black tights.
