Dog walking bag?

Now that the weather has warmed up and my big jacket with lots of pockets is too warm, can anyone recommend a light cross body bag for dog walking .....for phone, doggy bags, treats etc. I have few leather heavy bags for everyday use, but would like a specific, light bag that I can just grab when bringing the doggies out ? Maybe a small, canvas one with lots sections?

Watching this one. I love to spend money on dog stuff......

I've got my eye on a company called Barking Bags. I love the look of these, seem very practical, lots of pockets and hangy bits, but more than I'd usually spend (normally a £5 Amazon special!)

I'd go for it if I knew they were still comfortable on the shoulder when loaded with water, treats, balls and poo bags!

I got mine from Sarah Jane's Dog Walking Bags on facebook. She has all different patterns for loads of breeds of dogs. My one has a new different section, a hole for the poo bags to poke out so you can just pull it through, its brilliant.

Love the Barking Bags. Can carry water bottles upright in them, one for me one for the dog!

I got a small leather "bum bag" and wear it as a cross over.

I have this one. It has 2 pockets and an extra section in the main pocket. It's small but it's enough room for poo bags, a tennis ball, treats etc.

I have one from Cocopup with an attached pop bag holder. It’s great/not too techy or outdoorsy looking.

I have this large bum bag and love it. Lots of separate compartments, with the main one big enough for a small bottle of water on top of dog stuff:

We use a bum bag which I've always found easier to grab things out of than a cross body bag

I too have a Sarah Jane's dog walking bag that I ordered through her page on Facebook. I love it!

Ooh thank you! I saw these bags on a Facebook site and couldn't remember what she was called.

OP - I got one from John Lewis last year which fits the bill but it's gone a bit tatty which I'm a bit disappointed by though I'm not sure if that's to be expected as I fill it with loads of stuff.

I have this one, from that epitome of style, the National Trust shop. It's small and light but has several zipped compartments, so it's perfect for my phone, small water bottle, poo bags and a couple of tennis balls.

I have several from Dandy Dog in varying sizes (plus one of their backpacks and bum bags) - all very well made and I have been very happy with them. Several cross body options.

Pop and Ted are also due to release one soon which I am looking into purchasing when I want something a bit nicer.

I have a doggy dobby treat bag which has lots of compartments. Can be over shoulder, or as bum bag or clipped to belt.

Has a place at the back to pull out poo bags, and we also have treats, tissues, whistle and a small packet of hand wipes (Ddog loves to roll in fox shit) and often a tennis ball.

I love that it's got everything I need in it without thinking- we just grab the lead and the bag whenever we go for a walk.
