Best Sculpted By Aimee Foundation?

Recently received a lovely gift voucher from my mum and am in desperate need for a new foundation! I love Aimee’s stuff but have yet to try any of her foundations so now is the perfect time.

I prefer medium-full coverage and do like a satin/glow finish. Full coverage is preferred, but I worry about the long wear aspect as I have dry skin, so need something hydrating.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

I have dry skin. I love the Second Skin in the dewey finish.
I've tried the Tint and Glow too but it's a bit too glowy for me.

I use both of the above - the Tint and Glow doesn't have good lasting power but I like it underneath the foundation.

Thanks! My concern with tint and glow would be the supposed light coverage - though I’ve seen reviews of the medium coverage second skin and that seems like a lot of coverage for a medium.

The Tint and Glow is buildable so you can layer for more coverage but it just doesn't last on me. I don't like heavy foundations but the Second Skin Dewey one is lovely. You could always apply with a damp beauty blender if you want extra hydration. I don't know if you've ever used IT Cosmetics CC Cream but I find it similar to that and I loved both of them.

I’ve used IT Cosmetics before (the half empty tube is looking at me right now 😂) but I find two problems with it: 1) It pulls two yellow no matter what the shade - I’m more on the neutral side (peach undertone) and 2) it’s a semi-matte finish, which just doesn’t work for me at all.

I do love IT Cosmetics, but the price is a bit too much when I have a voucher for Aimee Connolly to use 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went on the website and bought a few samples. I thought that was best as have asked in several shops and they don't do samples there. I got a sample of the IT one and felt it was too drying. I think the Second Skin Dewey finish is better but only used it once so far. I got 2 shades to try as I wasnt sure which to pick.
