It’s soon my birthday (late 30’s) and I’ve never had a ‘grown up’ handbag… I use cheap ones or a rucksack but now I would like a ‘nice’ one for day to day.
Around £150 max as it’s a present to me. But can be cheaper!!

  • I would like a shoulder strap but also a clutch strap
  • a few pockets inside for odds and ends
  • a zip or a proper shutting mechanism
  • Leather
  • Size wise I would say needs to be around 30cm square ish. That gives you an idea!
  • So not massive but def not small.
Open to any colours, I am a fairly casual person. So not shiny patent and not lots of fancy buckles and detail.

Check Vinted as you might be able to get a higher-end brand for that price that just needs a bit of a clean or polish.

Vendula do amazing bags in your price range.

I'd be looking at outlet sites like Brand Alley

Look in the Coach sale. Their bags can be really good quality and inexpensive

I would recommend Coach too!

Thanks for all the suggestions so far.
I am a big Vinted fan but for this I want to have something New for once! Also I want to see something in real life probably before purchase.

Have a look at Matt & Nat, not leather, within your budget, but not flashy either
