Frugi returns

Are frugi returns free or do you have to pay?
Should I ask for receipt of postage when I post back?
Is that enough if they get lost for example?

They used to do free returns and the refunds were quick, but since they went into administration there have been a lot of unhappy customers. Some people I'm aware of have said they've waited ages for their money back and have had to chase for the refund.

When they do refund, do they refund the original postage you paid?
I don't shop a lot online as you can tell.

And should I ask for proof of postage when I post back? Is that enough proof is something goes wrong?
