Adidas Trainers Sizing

I tend to wear Reebok (size 4.5) and Hola running trainers (size 5). My normal shoe size (not trainers) is a 4. Would love to get some Adidas trainers, but haven’t worn Adidas for years - can anyone advise on sizing, please? TIA. 😊

They are normally true to size, but look on their website - they tell you if you should size up or down for a particular style. I’m a 6 in just about everything, including Reebok and Adidas

I've had a couple of pairs for the gym over the years (current pair are Adidas) and I've found them true to normal size. I find Reeboks slightly more generous although still fine.

My best advice would be to order with free returns or try them out in a shop.

Their newer styles are tiny. Size up one size
