Viscose pyjamas

I have a set of viscose pyjamas and love them. I'd like to buy another set of long sleeved, long legged, button up, collared pyjamas in viscose. Googling brings up lots of random. other fabrics. Does anyone know where I can get some? I'm a size 16.

If it helps, viscose, lycocell and modal are pretty much the same. M&S PJ are super soft.
