Roseyish hair

I really fancy dying my hair a roseyish colour. Not the bright candyfloss pink but more of a blondy rose shade.
But, I have never dyed my hair any colour other than a lighter shade of my natural blonde.
I really don't want to start faffing about with bleaching it first because I don't trust myself to do it right and I can't afford to have it done in a salon.

Does anyone know about these things better than I do? Here is a picture of my current colour.
Would it work if I kust put a rose gold box dye on it? And does anyone have any recommendations?

Does my hair need bleaching first for that one? All of the reviews seem to mention dying and show very light hair.

I was hoping for something a bit darker and without the need to bleach.

For any paler pink colour you need a light base so depends on how light your hair is already.
They do also rose colour dye that might suit you better
