White trousers?

I’ve just bought a couple of bright block coloured jumpers to wear on a springy day( after the wind and rain have done one!!)

Looking for help…please. (55, size 10…outdoorsy, casual if this is important?!)

l’m planning on wearing the jumpers with white trousers of some description but looking at the state of the ones just brought out from a few summers ago, l think it’s time to buy some new ones.
Just wondering what style of white trousers to go for. The ones l have are quite smart but I’m thinking of jeans…wide leg, skinny, cropped, boot cut.. up for a recommendation.
Also what to wear on my feet. Trainers? Sorry I’m pretty clueless. Just like to be comfortable but not look either too young or too old fashioned. Having said that I think what I’m describing is pretty old style😂…ah, well maybe some ideas of a new bag or jewellery to up date the look!!

I just bought some wide leg cropped white jeans this weekend and am planning on wearing with either loafers or pointed flats, am on the hunt for the right pair.

I’m looking for recommendations for white trousers too. Ideally a jean style trousers in cotton that are not high waisted or skinny. I think proper jeans will be too thick and warm for the summer. Ive got white linen trousers but looking for something more structured. Most of the ones I’ve found (Crew Clothing, Seasalt, M&S, Boden, Next etc) are either high waisted or stretch skinny jegging styles.
It would be much appreciated if someone could point me in the direction of traditional white cotton jean style trousers.

I’m still looking. Spent a day last week trying jeans/ trousers on in a large sHoping mall and found nothing. Either too thin and see through or too thick and not comfortable enough.

If I find any I’ll post an update. Ive even looked on ebay and vinted with no luck.

How cropped are they and where from ?
