Need to colour my hair for the first time from red to......

my roots is 100% grey so my permanent red/copper dye colour is growing out. My fab hairdresser closed her shop a few months ago, (she gone mobile but i want a shop as that is my escape from home as i work from home) so now i cant seem to afford it right now as the other hairdressers are £30 more expensive and ive got a nightout next week.

Im not ready to show my natural colour yet. My colour is very light grey. I was born a redhead. Im thinking of changing colour to blend in my greys or stick to red colour for a little longer??

If i want to change the colour completely, how do i go about it? If i want to keep on using red, what do i do with my permanent red/copper dye colour??

Get a hairdresser is my advice. Seriously, you may end up paying a lot of money to fix it.

Oh hang on, you may be in luck since could henna be your friend? Have you tried it? It’s relatively easy to do, plus it’s safe and conditioning. Just whack it on for a few hours and it should work well for you? But do not use if it interacts with your dyed hair (cut a lock and do a test first?!).
