Super strength whitening toothpaste

That I can buy from Boots and the like without having to go down the professional route? What's the best one off shelf?

I'm drinking a lot of coffee and conscious of staining.

I recently talked to my dental hygienist about this, and he said definitely do not use Listerine or Corsodyl or similar as they actually contain substances that stain the teeth. Use Colgate Fluorigard mouthwash. I had always been under the impression it was amount of coffee I drunk - he said it was using Listerine!

Basically any of the whitening toothpastes don't really work – the amount of peroxide that they need to put in the product to work for whitening at professional level is significantly higher than anything you can buy in Boots – so his advice was don't bother with the whitening toothpastes, they are a marketing gimmick.
