Has anyone tried it? Does it work?

Hi, I do it on and off and can’t seem to stick with it consistently and this is the problem. I can’t see an improvement as it’s a long game type thing so forget to do it everyday/night.
I do want to tone up my face though, I can see it’s dropped so would like it to look a bit more lifted but I know I’ve got to persevere for months on end before seeing a difference.
Hoping someone on here might be able to inspire me to stick with it 😂

Watching with interest!

I've been doing Eva Fraser for at least 7 years. At 51 my face isn't sagging yet. But the females in my family get jowls so it's only a matter of time.

That’s amazing! Do you follow the same routine everyday? That’s what I struggle with, getting into a routine with it so it becomes second nature.

Mercurial123 · 17/04/2023 04:34

Yes, it only takes 5 minutes or less.

FrozenGhost · 17/04/2023 05:18

Ignorant question coming up - how does it work though? Wouldn't moving your face around make things worse, because it's moving the skin around that's causing wrinkles and sagging?

moleeye · 17/04/2023 05:19

Is there a particular app?

keffie12 · 17/04/2023 05:28

Yes, I do. I've been doing it for 15 years plus. Yes, it does work. It becomes part and parcel of your daily routine. Of course I miss occasional days.

However, I know it's made a difference along with a good skin care daily routine.

If I do forget and/or don't have time, I can do it anywhere, sitting downstairs, in the bath, etc. Doing the washing up. Seriously! The under eye one can be done anywhere.

I'm taken for my late 40s. I am 62 this year, so alongside looking after myself, attitude, how I dress, etc. i would say yes, it does work.

I also use a tretnoin based prescription cream you can buy online from skin specialists. Growing older disgracefully and I don't care 🤌

keffie12 · 17/04/2023 05:32

P.S: Here is a link to a 2 minute one on YouTube. There are longer ones with other exercises in.

Play around and find out what works for you.

No, it doesn't make skin squishy as the exercises are for tightening your facial muscles and skin

@keffie12 When you say skin specialists, can you recommend any please?

I did Eva Fraser for six months. It took half an hour every bloody day. It did nothing whatsoever - a big and very tedious waste of time, at least in my case.

dontgobaconmyheart · 20/04/2023 16:48

I do it most days, just out of habit really. I cleanse my face while I'm in the bath so just incorporate that into the process. I'm not sure it does anything, but I enjoy it and it feels nice ( I get a lot of tension headaches and jaw pain) so may as well continue.

I've started using the Nuface Mini and that does (for me) give a visible difference if you use it properly and every day for 5 minutes. If i do one side of my face and not the other I think I can see a reasonable difference. You do have to keep it up though as it isn't a permanent result.

No but giving it a go!
