Loreal bb cream

I bought some of the bb cream and it feels grainy and doesn't really seem to make any difference! Is this just a rubbish one?

I'm finding less foundation is making me look better (think getting older I was slapping lots on but it actually had the opposite effect of what I wanted!)

I need something light I think just to even out skin tone really

I had the other L’Oréal one and really didn’t like it. It kind of sat on top of my skin.

If you want something light I really recommend bare minerals complexion rescue gel crème (it’s a tinted moisturiser). It’s really sheer and glowy.

You may have bought a dodgy Tube - I use this daily and it’s not grainy and I love how smoothly it goes onto my skin BUT it doesn’t offer a lot of coverage (it’s possible to build coverage a little with a second layer) but it sounds like perhaps your looking for something that offers more than this does but still a light texture

If its the one that adjusts to your skin tone (starts off clear turns to colour) then yes it is grainy.
