Anyone trialed it or ordered some? Read good things about their new face creams/serums launched today. I ordered a day cream first thing so looking forward to trying it. I see the Boots website is now putting people in a queue so must be busy!

I haven’t used it yet but did pick it up in store. I tried one of the smaller pharmacy style stores they still had it stocked.

In case useful, it’s currently part of their 3 for 2 offer. So I picked up the day cream, night cream and serum, went to the till to pay - out popped a £10 voucher off Future Renew with my receipt so I also picked up the eye serum for £17 instead of £27.

So for circa £79 I got all four items. This usually would have cost £124. It’s not cheap at all but hoping it lasts and has good results.

Happy to pop back with a review

I’ve been in a queue for nearly an hour after hitting “checkout” so I think my chances of grabbing some is very low indeed.

I found that on the website I could click to check which of my nearest stores had stock...that's how I found the smaller branch that had mine....

Mum456 · 12/04/2023 12:18

I picked up in store where they had additional vouchers so I got 3 for 2 plus half price on the most expensive item and a further £5 off. The voucher booklet had further vouchers of £5 off to use by May 9th. Hope that helps.

Yalz · 12/04/2023 12:43

I’m wondering if buying just the serum would have the same effect.

It’s £34.95 for 25ml or £42.95 for 50ml. Using 3 for 2 plus the £10 off works out at just under £76 for 150ml.

The blurb for the day and night creams cream say, This powerful serum has been developed… but that could just be a typo.

PSNonsense · 12/04/2023 12:57

I have a £10 off voucher so will be watching with interest the ones that hopefully get good reviews.

Yalz · 12/04/2023 13:01

If you have an Advantage card member who is over 60 in your friends or family circle, ask them to buy it for you for the extra points, and pay them back.

I’ve just got 600 points instead of the 300ish I expected on my £75:90 spend. That’s equivalent to £6 (or another £3) off.

Several weeks ago (possibly late February) I bought a no7 product, and the assistant kept insisting that I make an appointment in April to try some wonderful new product which would be launched then. She couldn’t say what it was or what benefit the appointment would be to be to me (early access or discount, for example) so I didn’t.

There are plenty of reviews already, from people who received free products in advance.

There are some negative reviews, but I don’t know if Boots limits how many of these they leave up.

Mum456 · 12/04/2023 13:11

If you are able to get to a store you might be able to get 150ml of the serum for under £60 if they give you the future renew voucher booklet. You can do 3 for 2, take half price off one item and a further £5 off.

tootiredtobother · 12/04/2023 13:15

just bought mine now having been in the queue seem to have got a few free bits as well

tiredhadenough · 12/04/2023 14:04

I've just bought some as I popped into boots today. I like No7 so I'm hoping it'll be ok!

Sounds good, thank you @Mum456

Unfortunately I’m currently confined to bed with Covid, 😢 but maybe later.

When I ordered this morning there was a free Future Renew gift box added so wonder what is in that.

I assumed it was just an empty box to keep the products in and make the experience more special.

Perhaps I will be pleasantly surprised?

NeedWineNow · 13/04/2023 17:37

I was in Bluewater earlier today and they had stands outside the store with plenty of the products and offering the £10 off vouchers. I tried the serum, day and night creams on the backs of my hands which is obviously not conclusive but I have to say I wasn't keen. The serum made my hand feel a bit tight and itchy as did the creams so it's not for me but it will be interesting to hear some reviews.

Cheesypumpkin · 14/04/2023 07:54

I purchased some yesterday, just the serum - see how we go! My skin isn't in the best condition so it has to do something!

Lavendersquare · 15/04/2023 18:44

I bought the serum, day cream and eye cream in store today, it was on 3 for 2 with extra £10 off and bonus £5 in points. So I got the three for £59 instead of £94 so I think that was a very good deal.

NooNakedJacuzziness · 15/04/2023 19:14

I usually use the Lift & Luminate range but needed to get a new tube of the serum. The sales woman pointed out the new Future Renew so I got that instead. I've only used it once - it's noticeably thicker than the L&L serum but I think it might suit me better as I'm getting older.

tootiredtobother · 16/04/2023 19:37

humm thought i had LimeMango but only the three things I had ordered turned up. if i can get back into my boots account I will check

HappiDaze · 16/04/2023 20:26

I bought 3 of the serums online with the 3 for 2 offer plus £10 discount and extra Boots points.

I'm about to run out of a couple of my serums so needed to replace them anyway.

I've started to notice fine lines lately and my skin is looking a bit older so I'm happy to try something completely new

I'll alternate with retinol

Mine said something about a free No7 box, but I’m away so haven’t got mine yet.

Cumberlover76 · 17/04/2023 11:37

I managed to pick up a promo booklet in a small local store the other day which had a half price voucher in, so picked up a 50ml serum for £21.50 😀started using serum and day cream yesterday so will see how it does.

The freebie gift is a grey cardboard box with shredded paper in it. It’s massive, about 4x the size it needs to be for all four products

Talisin · 18/04/2023 13:23

Used the serum for the first time this morning and my face was definitely oilier than normal by the time I got to work. I’ll certainly continue to use it and give it a chance to do its thing for a while, but there will be a lot more blotting!
