Which dress for a leaving do?

It's just a works leaving do, pizza express and a few drinks. Which dress if any?

Black and white. With a bold lipstick.

The pink one is a bit drab/worky and I hate the ruffly bit at the bottom. I wear a lot of dresses in this shape but that kind of ruffly hem is a dealbreaker for me.
