Summer jacket

I want a jacket in a heavy cotton/twill type material. I like the Belstaff style (slightly military, stand-up or high collar, possibly belted) but can't afford their prices!
Does anyone know of any similar-style jackets at more high-street prices? I'd also like it not to be black or camo if possible.
