Anyone ordered sandals from Nomasei?

If so please could you tell me what the sizing is like and did you have any problems with customer service? There are some horrible reviews but they seem mostly to relate to US customers so wondering if anyone in the UK can advise?

I have loafers from them. Their sizing is pretty standard. I'm very happy with them.

Which ones are you interested in? I'm eyeing them up too & LOVE these ones but I haven't taken the plunge yet so watching with interest

I love those too but I’ve also got a fancy for the platform ones. I love the extra height, can no longer wear stiletto heels and I need to avoid an ankle strap at all costs so I’m tempted. So many crap reviews on customer service though.

I have those ones @OldHouseLover and they are true to size but they’re impossible to stay tied at the back. They’re gorgeous on but was a bit disappointed!

I also have those. True to size, I bought them at their Paris shop and tried sizes 39 and 40 as I hate small 39s. This is a “real” 39.
I have no problems wearing them; I kind of “fixed” the back with a thin elastic band in black.

Well that’s unanimous they’re true to size so I’m going to risk ordering. First the high platforms and then maybe the lovely bow ones. Thanks all.

I ordered shoes from them and returned them within 24 hours, back in April.... it is now end of September and they have refused to return my $449.00 plus $73.10 in shipping. (even though the tracking and their own emails confirm they have received them ) They have stolen over $500 from me to try on a pair of their terrible, terrible shoes.

Do not buy from this company... they lie and steal. Website says free shipping and returns. False! Not only did I have to pay $73 to return a pair of poorly made uncomfortable shoes; which they said they would refund? They did not refund shipping, and even worse they did not refund $449.50 spent on shoes which were returned within 24 hours of receipt. In spite of "promises" to refund me.... I have not been reimbursed once cent.
