Quilted Jackets?

I keep seeing people wearing little quilted jackets on my Insta feed. Are these a thing now?

You mean cotton Indian fabric type ones? Yes I've seen them about for ages. Been on the hunt for the perfect one for a while but have never yet tracked down.

Yes @thedevilinablackdress I like it on other people but I am not so sure that they are for me although if I find one on a charity shop then I might give it a whirl in terms of trying it on.
