I'm not a happy bunny.
I finally seemed to have cracked the not biting my nails into ragged stumps this year and was rather enjoying getting to grips with the notion of filing into a rounded shape whilst they get healthier.
However, I must have missed a tiny corner or rough spot on one of them, because yesterday morning, I woke up with multiple tiny slices/scratches around my chin. I seriously look as though a tiny mouse Zorro has been fighting with me in my sleep.
I've filed my new nails as short as I can with a glass file, but I'm still left with my slices and I could do with them healing as quickly as possible without scarring - I'd normally not be too bothered, but it's my face and I'm so pale that they are very visible.
What is the best thing to use to help them heal? I've coated them with a thin layer of emollient at the moment, but my skin is ordinarily very dry and sensitive/prone to Psoriasis at the best of times.
