Has anyone bought from here? I keep getting pop ups on fb and some of they're stuff is lovely.

I've just bought trainers. Fantastic service and quality of goods lovely.

I used to get the Facebook pop ups and was tempted into buying a pair of their trousers. I was disappointed and sent them back. They are very good at styling on the pages they show, but on me they looked like my nan’s slacks.
Something about the fabric, and my slightly rotund build, I think.

They seem to get a lot of hate on here, but I have a couple of pairs of trousers, a dress, a skirt and a jumper and I’ve been really happy with everything.

I have a pair of their trousers that I travel in. They are fantastic. Comfortable and still look great after a 10 hour flight

Sorry I've only had a bad experience. Poor quality and a nightmare to return.

I have a skirt and culottes I wear a lot. I returned a skirt and the process was more protracted than necessary but got there eventually.

I have a pair of trousers from there and whilst I do like them, I'm not sure I'd order from them again because of their returns policy.

Because I'd never ordered from them before I ordered a couple of styles in two different sizes to try (4 pairs). But returns aren't free. So in the end they cost me £4.95 more than they should have as that amount was deducted from my refund to cover the cost of the return.

They do offer free exchanges or you can have store credit for free. But as I'd ordered 4 pairs initially that was quite a lot of money and I didn't want it tied up with one store.

With hindsight I should have ordered one pair at a time until I got one I liked and I could have done that for free. But obviously doing it that way, you can't compare sizes or styles at the same time.

It has put me off wanting to order from them again, unless I was really sure I was going to like something and that it would fit me. Otherwise you could end up paying £4.95 for just trying on their clothes but not keeping anything if none of it was right.

I have a bag, scarf, Finsbury Pants, a dress & one of the jersey biker jackets!

I really like their stuff, the dress is really heavy jersey & I love it!

Their sizing is quite generous, I'm lucky I have never had to return anything but I really like them!

I have had trouble with wash fade - black trousers went grey quickly. I wouldn’t by again - they are slow to dispatch and returns are a headache.

I had trouble with bad bobble on a pair of slacks after the first wash. Very disappointed as they weren't cheap!

I really like their plain t-shirts with a round neck - they seem to suit me well, so I have about six of those on rotation. I also like their cowl neck tees. I've had problems with wash fade on all their metallic printing, but CBA to do anything about it, so I would avoid that.

Didn't love the heavy jersey trousers I got from them. Do like my knitted v-neck jumper. It's a bit hit and miss, like so many online stores.

I agree with this. Echoes my experience. VERY generous sizing so hard to gauge fit before buying for the first time.

I've been tempted but heard bad things about returns

I have a pair of their Noho boots and I LOVE them.

Most comfortable boots I have ever owned.

Not cheap though.
