Bra for wedding dress

I'm desperately trying to find a bra for my wedding dress. I get married in 5 weeks! I'm a 42E. It's cut low at the front and low at the back. It's not strapless but the straps are lacy, so I'm looking for the impossible:

Multi-way
Plunge
Plus size

I've found clear back straps which should have meant I had more options because they add about 4 inches onto the bra (meaning it would have been clear for the low back and I could have gotten away with a smaller band size!) but I've just discovered they have hooks on both sides rather than a hook and an eye (thanks cheap Amazon seller!).
I can't really wear no bra at all because my boobs look like a tennis ball in a sock.
I don't want my boobs to be the thing that make me miserable on my special day but I'm running out of ideas!
Please help!!

Could you find a wired bra with cups that fit and get them sewn into the dress?

Get cups sewn into dress

Have you been professionally measured recently? (Not m&s measured) Are you sure of your size?

cornflakesandtea · 07/04/2023 13:36

I'm sure of my size. I measure myself regularly and the bras I have are comfortable and supportive

How would sewing cups into my dress give me the lift and support I need?

That sounds a bit arsey. It isn't meant to be, I'm just not sure how it works!

How low is the back? Is the dress a corset style?

Have you looked at bravissimo? They have excellent sales assistants in store to help and I've found their telephone ordering people very helpful with suggestions too for this kind of thing.

I’m a DD/E. I had cups sewn in my dress.

If you can get to a bravissimo they will try to help you, or John Lewis maybe? If you happen to be near Leicester I used to go to Browns, think they have moved since I last lived there but they still have a shop
