Rocket Dog sizing?

Are Rocket Dogs generally true to size? I have a pair of Converse All Stars in 6/39 as a comparison.

How do you find the converse? I'm usually a size 5 but found converse to come up small for me, I was a 5 in rocket dog boots. I don't know how helpful that is

I'm a size 6. I buy rocket dogs in a 6.

For reference if I buy adidas trainers in a size 7. Don't have converse so not sure what their fit is like, sorry.
