Matte tinted moisturiser

I usually wear a tinted moisturiser rather than foundation but I’ve yet to find one that doesn’t leave a shiny finish. Any recommendations for a good matte one please?

Anyone?

Could you just dust a bit of powder over a normal one to mattify it?

I use a cheap nivea tinted moisturiser for fair skin. Don't think particularly shiny...
Spf protection as well.

This is more of a tinted sunscreen but it’s surprisingly matte and I love it https://www.shiseido.com/us/en/suncare/sun-foundation/

I also like the Milk Sunshine Skin Tint but I need a primer and powder for it to not end up too shiny on me.

Kosas Tinted Skin Oil is nice (and not oily, despite the name). It’s half price on their website right now.
