Microneedling or botox for pores?

I have huge pores on my chin, they seem to be growing by the day, I hate the way I look at the moment.
Has anyone used microneedling or botox to help smooth pores out? I know they will never shrink, but something to help disguise them?

I don't think Botox could help with that.
Do you have a local clinic that you could get a free consultation at so that they can suggest? Laser or a peel might be better?
Could try tretinoin?

Thanks, I've tried peels and apart from the initial glow they did nothing.
My own fault probably as I let myself go dealing with a family illness.

Hiya I was looking for botox info myself but for a different condition. For skin texture issues I have to recommend aestheticure London. She's not very well known but she should be. She used facial acupuncture, a strong yet somehow gentle chem peel and microneedling 6 sessions. Honestly took 10 years off my mum. Nice lady she's a good laugh as well

Not botox.
To improve the skin, you'll need a multi disciplined approach to it and it will take weeks/months. It's not a one off overnight thing to improve texture.
Retinol regime, moving in to tretinoin eventually.
Lasers.
Fraxel possibly but you'd need expert advice on that.
Peels possibly, although I'm not a huge fan personally.
SPF every day.
Obagi nu derm system incorporates all this. It's expensive and you'll need it prescribed by a derm, plus it makes your skin red and peel for about 3 months but it is transformative.

I thinks it's called orange peel skin, loss of elasticity from ageing.

You could try a derma roller, microdermabrasion, vitamin c, retinol. Not all together!

You have lovely lips so I'd wear a lovely lip colour to empathise them!
