Outnet Shitshow: avoid

Order placed over a week ago. Pricy carbon neutral delivery paid.

Day 3: parcel due. Fail - parcel
in Italy, discover from tracking.
Day 6: parcel due. Fail.
Day 7: parcel due. Fail.
Day 8: parcel due. Fail. Customer services at Outnet hang up. Twice. Fail. Fail.
Day 9: customer services, in the manner of one presenting a huge 🎂, ask me to wait in for 14 hours again in case the courier attempts delivery.

So relieved I just wiped the contents of the basket on net a porter rather than paying for expensive loafers - don’t fall for it, just don’t.

Deliveries certainly are carbon neutral - there aren’t any.

I agree. They’ve been a disaster for a couple of years now - god help you if you do receive an order but have to return something. The Trustpilot reviews say it all.

Yikes - I had no idea they’re notorious. Would you give net a porter the swerve too?

Yes, would give NaP a swerve too.

Thanks.

I had no idea it was so bad - no wonder everything’s cheap.

Ask them how they'll offset the carbon from the random trip to Italy.

Supersimkin2 · 05/04/2023 09:09

😀

I gave up trying to return things to Outnet (although delivery was fine) and sold them on Vinted. Annoying. I do blame Brexit a bit too as think it comes from the EU with all sorts of customs labels etc iirc
