Summer work blazer

I need to wear a blazer at work. I wear dresses - a mix of Hobbs (more relaxed ones) seasalt, White Stuff. With navy tights. I have several winter blazers - navy, deep purple and a yellow (my favourite).

I’m looking for a summer blazer. I am considering these 2 but not sure if to go with the linen neutral colour or navy. Open to other suggestions as well.

They're very different styles. I definitely prefer linen to polyester, especially for summer. I prefer the natural linen colour too, the polyester one looks very drab and beige.
A lighter colour is nicer for summer but it rather depends on the colour your dresses. I like the green linen, would that work for you?

I like jersey blazers as they make me feel less chunky. My last one was cheap as chips from H&M.

I’m being pulled more towards the linen one, it neutral. I will go with more dresses. I have a few dresses that will go with the green but not as many.
