Can Botox smooth a static glabella line?

I’ve googled and googled and can’t find a definitive answer to this question.

I have a single static glabella line. It’s not super deep but it is much more pronounced than it should be for my age.

Can Botox smooth it out and if so, how many clinic visits will it take before it’s gone?

I was told previously that botox would not erase my 11s as I have a bit of a depression in the skin, so even though botox would stop it getting worse, they said it would need filler to smooth out the 'dent' in my skin IYSWIM.

I had very pronounced static lines "11's" and Botox has smoothed them amazingly. You have to keep it up, don't expect excellent results after 1 session, keep going every 3 months and you will see a drastic improvement. It's really improved my self confidence - money well spent IMO

(Happy to PM you before / after pictures if you like!)

It did for me. Like you, it was quite bad for my (then) young age - mainly, due to frowning.

At first it was visible but obviously less severe but now there's no sign of it at all.

I was quite surprised to find that it completely smoothed out over time, to be honest but it absolutely has.

The answer to this is yes botox but also filler. I had both. I had filler on those two years ago, I have not had to get it redone because I have regular Botox.
