Birthday dress

I'm 50 this year and having a blow out party in a country hotel for 100 people and obviously want to look my best.
I can't find a dress- can you help me please?
I am 5 foot 9- size 14/16 and dark brunette.
My arms definitely need to be covered-half or 3/4 length sleeves
Something that skims my belly definitely is best
High necks don't suit me- V or scoop neck much more flattering
Midi length probably
I don't mind floral but don't want to look like a pair of curtains
Emerald green and deep pink always suit my colouring but happy to consider most colours
Budget- ? Up to £500 ish

Tricky without knowing your personal style or how you feel about detail/embellishment but I’m a size 14 at 5ft 8 who is sceptical of pattern and doesn’t showing like my upper arms or wearing dresses with a high neck either so I know the struggle 😂
