DM sandals

Considering some of these for summer; the sort with an almost closed toe which I've heard might be reasonably fashionable this summer, which I'm delighted about as I'd rather show minimal foot (mine are horrid)

Does anyone have some? Do they take as much wearing in as their boots? I've heard mixed reviews re quality as well, so alternative suggestions welcome too.

I'd go for the Birkenstocks every day of the week.

They look softer to wear and wouldn't rub as much on your feet.

I have DM Blaire in cream. Bloody love them. They did take a bit of breaking in but nothing like the boots do.

Because once you've worn them in, DMs are sturdy and comfortable and last for years.

I do like Birkies and have had a few pairs of Arizonas over the years...but I don't find them particularly nice looking. Maybe I've just worn them too much.

The DM sandals are much nicer than the Ugg equivalents linked above.

I love the white ones, but think I'll go black. I'm too pasty for white sandals I think
