Lux skin laser removal

Hey mums! 

I’ve just bought the lux skin laser hair removal thingy bob, has anyone got this and did it work? I have fair hair, but developed some ingrown, particularly around the upper lip and chin area and I'm waxing weekly ☹️ I need it gone forever!

I also ordered all kinds of other facial tools in my second order, they all arrived, beautifully packed. They also seem to be working, and I bought them at a great price.
When I was worried about my parcel, they responded to me in a timely manner and assured me that my parcel is visible in their system, and it will arrive.
Didn`t want to send them back anything yet though.
