Has anyone by exercise or other methods ( fat freezing ? ) managed to improve bingo wings ? The lower parts of my arms are fine just the upper . Not excessively fat ( a bit but not huge ) but the muscle tone is awful . I just want to wear sleeveless dresses .

Tricep dips and close arm push-ups plus using some of the weight machines at the gym worked for me. Took about 6 months. This is in the context of overall body conditioning not just triceps in isolation though.

Swimming. Breast stroke and front crawl are great for toning upper arms.

All arm exercises, it's lack of muscle. Two water bottles and do bicep curls, over head tricep dips. Just any exercise with weights til you feel tired. Every day or every other day. You will see a difference in a few weeks. But keep it up!

What PP say is true to an extent, but if the skin is stretched and you're of an age then it won't actually do that much. Are you 50+ OP? If not, you do have the chance that once your muscles are toned then your skin might shrink back too. If over 50, it's much less likely.

BTW I'd use heavier weights than water bottles. 5-8lbs and lots of reps.

Yes over 50 and it’s the slackness / shape that I hate rather than size. Have seen some videos of fat freezing but wondering if waste of money

Noooo just lift heavy stuff, carefully and repeatedly. ,get a few sessions with a personal trainer to show you what to do and how to do it.
