Sezane Leontine Jumper substitute

I adore this jumper from Sezane https://www.sezane.com/en/product/leontine-jumper/ecru-navy#size-XXS but not the price tag. Is there a version that's slightly cheaper out there? I particularly like the design with button down the front. I've found many others but a lot plainer, just looking for a more sophisticated version.. Any ideas wise mumsnetters?
