Dull Blonde

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if there's any solutions. It's been 4 weeks since my last hair appointment, for the first 2 weeks my blonde was lovely bright and clean. It's now so dull and brassy, I've used purple shampoo and I've used the Shrine champagne blonde drops in a hair mask this morning. I can't go to the salon every 4 weeks surely there is something that stops this happening?

I do use the Olaplex oil and I'm wondering if the golden colour is depositing in my hair.

I was thinking of getting a toner. But it's just darkened my blonde is that going to make it light again?

Yep fanola blue. Takes the brassiness out. I leave it on for 5mins.

What's your water supply like? If it contains a lot of heavy metals, that will remove the tone and dull the hair.

Definitely fanola, but use a conditioning hair mask as it is very drying.

The shampoo and conditioner are drying but the mask is amazing
I leave it on 5-7 mins once every week or so and it's lovely

I couldn't find the mask I ordered the shampoo and will follow with a mask. I use olaplex and Philip Kingsley elasticizer so hopefully they will combat the dryness

Me too! There’s Fanola No Orange which is in a blue bottle, I’m (easily) confused by the array available on Amazon.

Well I've used this the past 2 nights all it's done is make my hair darker. I'm going back to the hairdressers I have no idea what's causing it.
