I'm three weeks post op, 360 FDL, breast lift.

Are you loving your results

SuffolkBargeWoman · 31/03/2023 13:06

@veronicaa123 where/what is lipo 360?
Did you have it done in the UK? How much did it cost? How long before you can return to work? Do you have to wear a compression garment? Sorry! So many questions!

MaltedCow · 31/03/2023 13:06

What made you go for this? I have some damage after an emergency c section and am contemplating this. How's your recovery so far?

Lipo 360 is liposuction all around the stomach, hips, flanks and back. It cost me a total of £10,330 including 2 compression garments. I had it done in the uk, in a clinic in Glasgow and I’ll need about 6 weeks off work. I’m happy to answer! Xx

I decided to go for this when I got told I had an umbilical hernia due to weak abdominal muscles. I also was not happy with my stomach as after 2 children I was left with a very saggy stomach. Recovery has been brutal to be honest but as long as I take my painkillers on time it’s manageable xx

How are you getting on? I've not had the chance to see but I go back to the clinic at 1 week post op so will get to have a look. I'm so excited to see! Wishing you a speedy recovery xx

How old was your youngest when you went for it? I'm pregnant now and I can feel the strain on my stomach constantly, I can't sneeze or cough without it feeling like my muscles are burning.
Did you lose weight for the OP? Like get down to goal weight? What made you go for the lipo as well?

Thank you, I hope it continues to get better. I follow a mum on Instagram who has had similar (she had a breast lift too) and her initial recovery was brutal but once she got past the first week or two she said it was much more comfortable x

My youngest is 7 months and my partner has been amazing and took 6 weeks off to help. I understand, It feels awful doesn’t it?

I was like 4kg away from my pre pregnancy weight but it’s been stable for the past maybe 2 months. I’m in a normal healthy weight range for my height. I went for the lipo because since I’m already paying so much I wanted to have the whole snatched waist look and get rid of my bra fat on my back and love handles. Xx

Getting on well
I had mine in Turkey after doing lots of research, it cost just under £8000 for me and a companion, with compression garment and boob one.

I took two weeks off work, but need to take some more time off.

veronicaa123 · 03/04/2023 03:00

@Needanewnamebeingwatched did you get the results you hoped for? How is your scar now? Would you have any tips for me? Sorry for so many questions xx

You’re not going to be able to lift for a good while. Make sure DH steps up.

Hi i'm thinking about getting a tummy tuck with lipo in Glasgow. I don't know where to start. Where did you go for this?

Needanewnamebeingwatched · 30/08/2023 17:57

I went to Turkey but do your research

suzi71 · 28/12/2023 04:03

Hi, I'm 3 weeks post and constantly freaking out about things going wrong!
I had a 7cm separation and hernia.
How was your recovery, how did your stomach feel to touch etc etc
