Hair extensions

My hair has always been fine but with menopause even worse now . I keep it quite short but thinking about extensions for volume ? It's a whole new world and a bit discombobulating if I'm honest ! Any one with any experience of this ? Thanks 😊

I don't but my mum has had tape ins at the side of her bob to give her some extra volume as her hair's very fine.
I've used clip ins for length in the past and really liked Milk and Blush for those but if you're hair is fine I'm not sure if that may make it worse with any pulling from the clips/ making it harder to blend them.

Definitely see someone with lots of experience for advice, the last thing you need is for them to cause more hair loss by being installed badly. Maintenance is also really important so take heed whatever advice they give you at the salon.

I've been having bonded extensions for about 8 years now. I highly recommend them, they look great and last around 6 months (with regular maintenance) and don't damage your natural hair (in my case anyways).

I've heard tapes are good too, although I've never tried them

Many thanks. Will take a look at these options and speak to a professional. Just wondering how much of a faff they are in terms of daily care
