Help me contain my tartars! I'm 25, going to a concert soon and wearing this grungey dress. I'm a size 10-12 but I have huge saggy boobs from breast feeding, they are lifeless and un-saveable lol.

Pre baby I could always get away with no bra which is what I did 99% of the time for years. That's not an option anymore, what can I do so they look nice for a change? Because I'm sick of buying nice clothes and not knowing what to do with my boobs because they look awful or don't fit properly in the dresses I pick. Strapless bras are no good I'm sick of trying different ones. I just want them to look nice in this outfit! Suggestions?

(Also not 100% on my bra size these days)

Thanks!

three things I can think of:
Tape them into place
Wear a contrasting but pretty bralette and own the clash (not sure about support though)
Wear a top like this and a normal black bra under: https://www.freepeople.com/uk/shop/lady-lux-layering-top?color=001

You may be looking at this the wrong way round, and have to accept that you need to get your boobs in order first and then pick clothes which work with whichever supportive undergarments do the trick. As nice as it would be to go braless with spaghetti straps that may not be how your body works any more. Have you tried a professional bra fitting?

@Snoozinandlosin bralet and tape is a good shout! Thanks x

@squashyhat oh I definitely can't go braless anymore! Looking for flattering alternatives lol. And I haven't however I should get round to getting fitted properly. I haven't yet as my size is still changing as I haven't totally finished breast feeding yet. X

I know it doesn't help for this dress, but I was very depressed about my saggy boobs after breast feeding, and none of my old bras fit at all. I went for a fitting at Bravissimo and bought four new bras, all of which look absolutely great. They were pretty firm and tight to begin with but they are more comfortable a few months on. Not saying Bravissimo per se is the answer but having a decent fitting and investing in a set of decent bras goes a long way!
